All activity carried out through your Account — whether or not you authorised such activity — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify mau777's support team immediately via live chat.
mau777 is required to conduct KYC verification pursuant to its international licensing obligations and as part of its anti-money laundering programme. KYC verification is mandatory before the processing of any withdrawal request. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the Account holder's own legal name. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for most supported payment methods, including e-wallets and bank transfers. Deposits made via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) and FPX/bank transfers are typically credited to the User's Account balance instantly or within a few minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon the required number of network confirmations being received, which may take between 15 and 60 minutes depending on network congestion. mau777 accepts no liability for delays caused by the payment provider, network conditions, or banking systems beyond its reasonable control.

One Welcome Bonus Per Household: Welcome bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, payment method, and device. Where multiple accounts from the same source are detected, only the first qualifying account will be eligible for the welcome bonus and all others will be closed.

mau777 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms an integral part of the agreement between mau777 and each registered User.
By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
